All 28.8/33.6/56k/ISDN Modem Internet Connecting plans require a 3 month minimum commitment, HDSL 6 month commitment; and will be billed accordingly. Upgrades may be made only at the end of the billing cycle. All services paid for in advance. Refunds will be pro-rated according to services unused.
